  1. The Placement Report, or Hiring Report, is used to identify how well a person will fit a given position. When they are outside of the benchmark success pattern, interview questions are suggested.
  2. The Coaching Report is similar to the Placement Report in that it matches an individual's actual results to a job pattern. However, in the Coaching Report, instead of interview questions, advice for the employee's supervisor is provided when the score is outside the benchmark success pattern.
  3. The Individual Report is shared with the individual who took the assessment. This report indicates the score on each individual scale and also provides a description of what those scores suggest. There is no reference to any specific benchmark success pattern.
  4. The Multi - Job Match Report allows the matching of one individual to several benchmark success pattern. This facilitates an understanding of where the best job fit might be expected.
  5. The Job Profile Summary Report provides a quick look on how well an individual fits into a particular job pattern. It reports the individual scores against that benchmark success pattern and gives a brief statement for each. There are no interview questions provided with this report.
  6. The Summary Graph is a one page graph thats gices a quick look at how well an individual fits into a particular benchmark success pattern.
  7. The Candidate Match Report compares many candidates to one job's benchmark success pattern. This report is an intergral part of succession planning.

  1. Management ReportThe individual's manager may use the results from the Management Report to augment other sources of work-related data about the individual. The report will confirm or clarify the supervisor's impressions and alert them to new considerations about their subordinate's compatibility with the demands of their position. It will also contain valuable information with respect to developing training programs.
  2. Individual ReportBy utilizing the PPI Individual Report, individuals can learn more about themselves, both their strengths and their weaknesses. This report will help them identify and make full use of strengths, as well as develop an awareness of any areas that could be limiting their full effectiveness. This knowledge is important to them as they develop the strategies necessary to meet the demands and challenge of achieving success.

  1. Profiles Team Analysis Report have a Team Balance Table showing how the team leader and team members scored in each of the twelve factors. This helps the Team Leader understand the overall representation of characteristics on the team. Another section identifies the characteristics that are not well represented on the team. Awareness of these deficiencies alerts the team leader to be wary of overlooking important actions.

  1. Profiles Step One Survey Report IIThe Profiles Step One Survey Report is divided into two sections. Section One of the report summarizes admissions of acts with which an employer might be concerned. These might include theft, drug use, absenteeism, tardiness, etc. This section also has Verbal Interviewing Guides consisting of suggested interview questions. Section Two of the Step One Survey report describes the applicant's significant attitudes and compares them to the attitudes of people with histories of success as employees, and with attitudes of people who have been convicted of fraud, theft, and drug abuse. A graph illustrates the applicant's scores.

  1. Profiles Customer Service Profile was developed to help select individuals, regardless of their job titles, who will be successful in fulfilling the service needs of your customers. The report covers the test taker's Customer Service Profile (and its alignment with that of the company), two basic work-related Proficiencies and eight important Behavioral Characteristics: Trust, Tact, Empathy, Conscientiousness, Conformity, Focus, Courtesy and Flexibility. Additionally, a Distortion scale is added to gauge the pattern of responses of the test taker for implied positive impression or .looking good. on the test.

    The Profiles Call Center Survey was developed to help select individuals who will be successful in Call Center Sales positions.
